OK - so you've decided that you are ready to begin the search for your new home. A lender will then send you a letter showing that you are qualified to buy up to a certain amount. This letter is critical! Offers cannot be submitted without one. They show the seller that you are a buyer with financing already lined up, and that your offer is legitimate. Be sure that when your dream home comes on the market, you are ready to purchase!
